Obituary:
BOWDEN, Joan (nee Marsh) – Passed away peacefully at the Ottawa General on Monday, December 17, 2012 at the age of 71. Loving Mother of Kim (Theresa), Craig (Ilene) and Kristi (Gareth). She also leaves behind her Partner and Best Friend Noel Rutland. There will be a Memorial Service held on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at First Memorial Funeral Services – Fairview Chapel – 259 St. Patrick’s Street, Ottawa, ON from 11am until 1pm.
