Obituary:

McEwen, Robert Andrew (1958 – 2016)

Robert Andrew McEwen at the young age of 57 passed away suddenly on Friday, August 12, 2016. He will be missed by his wife Francoise Roy, his mother Margaret McEwen and his children Penny-Lynn (Graham and their daughter Evie Hill), William (Iwona McEwen), Andrew McEwen and his “belle-filles” Annie (Christian, Alexandre, Gabriel Caron), Catherine (Sebastien, Justin, Nathan Caron), and Andree-Anne (Francois Doyon). He will also be sorely missed by his siblings (Hugh (Bonnie), John (Debbie), Mary, and Meagan), brothers and sisters-in law and his friends.

The Celebration of his life will be held at First Memorial Funeral Home at 259 St. Patrick Street, Ottawa, Ontario on Friday August 19, 2016 from 3-6pm.

Est décédé le 4 août 2016 à l’âge de 81 ans suite à son combat contre le cancer. Prédécédé par ses parents : Rose Alma et Rosario Tessier, son fils Daniel; ses petits-fils : Sébastien et Patrick ainsi que cinq frères. Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Thérèse; ses fils: Richard (Nicole) et Bernard; ses petits-enfants : Josée, Marc-André et Nathalie, 3 arrière-petits-enfants, ses deux frères ainsi que de nombreux ami(e)s.
