Angel
was born in June 17, 1954 in Guatemala to Rafael Paniagua Betancourt and Angela

located in Ottawa, Ontario in 1987. Angel was a devoted father, grandfather and
husband, dedicated to spending time with his family until he passed. Angel’s
passion in life was spending time with his family, loved ones and friends. When

quieter life, preferring instead to take in a movie with his children or to
cook chicharon for his family. He was a reliable family man, always offering to
help his family, from building decks to babysitting the dogs.

Quisiera
