Obituary:

DUBROFSKY, Reuben -  Passed away at age 85 after a lengthy illness.  Husband of the late Edith Brozovsky.  Long time partner of Betty Krepski.  Father of Lisa, Sydney and Ruth.  Brother of Molly, and the late Harry and Sylvia.  Grandfather of Elan, Joel, Rachelle, Jared, Kalyna and Alanna.  Ex father-in-law of Deane Shildkraut and Elizabeth Petigorsky.  Special Uncle to Suzanne and Nat Tepper of Toronto.  A very special recognition goes to Deana.  deana was always there.  She continuously gave herself, helping him throughout the duration of his illness.  many thanks to the staff of Hillel Lodge and to his caregivers Bindu and Nelia.  Graveside service to be held at the Jewish memorial Gardens Bank Street Cemetery, 2692 Highway 31, Ottawa, Machzikei Hadas section, at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 24th, 2013.  Donations to Hillel Lodge would be appreciated.

Obituary:


Patricia Crépin (née Bastien) - Passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 18, 2013,  at the young age of 92.  Predeceased by her father and mother, Ernest and Delina Bastien (née Joanisse)  and her loving husband Arthur “Red” Crépin.  Devoted mother of Adrienne “Audrey” Charlebois (Denny),  Jacqueline Crépin (Ken Beatty) and Raymond Crépin (Sylvie).  She is also survived by her loving brother Fern and predeceased by her brothers Roger and Laurence Bastien.  Forever loved and deeply cherished by her 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the very caring and loving staff of the Township of Osgoode Care Centre. The family will be receiving friends and family at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Church (435, Montréal Road, Ottawa) on Friday, April 26, at 10:00 am.  A Celebration of Patricia`s life will take place at 10:30 followed by interment at Notre Dame Cemetery.    In lieu of flowers, donations to the Township of Osgoode Care Centre Fundraising Committee would be appreciated.

Surviving Family: Two Sons, Marc and Steven, ex husband Gilles, Sisters Debbie and Brenda and one brother Wayne.

             


Obituary:


McGEE, Janet Anne - Janet passed away at 10:20pm on Friday, April 12. She was 58 and in great health. She had a tragic fall and hit her head on the front walkway of her house while on her front porch on Cathcart Street a week ago. She was not able to recover from the head injury. She lived a decent life. She raised two boys as a single mother. She worked 35 years for the federal government. She loved and was loved. She went on many travel adventures in her life. She enjoyed gardening, her cats, decorating and was proud of her two boys. She's going to be missed very much.  Janet is leaving behind two sons, Marc and Steven Aubin, ex husband Gilles Aubin, Sisters Debbie McGee (Gilles Bisaillon) and Brenda McGee Blais (Dave), Brother Wayne McGee, Goddaughter and niece Jennifer Webster Rego (Jason), and nieces Vanessa and Allison Blais.  Visitation (Wake) is at the First Memorial Funeral Services - Fairview Chapel, 259 St. Patrick St., on Thursday, April 18 from 2-4PM and 7-9PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at Notre Dame Basilica at 10am Friday, April 19.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jason Dunbar,age 38, at Hull Hospital, in Gatineau Quebec. Survived by his loving parents, Leonard and Pat (nee Routliffe) from MacLellans Brook, Nova Scotia, brother Ian (Martine) from Metcalfe, ON, niece Alexandra, nephew Noah, companion Gen Poirier and his favorite yellow lab Maple as well as many uncles, aunts and cousins. ARMSTRONG, James Karl -  Leaves behind his loving wife Margaret (nee Symour), brothers, John Armstrong and Robert Armstrong and sister Frances Bolsford.  Predeceased by his parents Clinton and Florence Armstrong (nee Watson) and his brother Earl Armstrong.  He will be missed by many nieces and nephews, as well as his many friends, family and neighbors.
